Exigence: The film makers wanted to address the ideology of gambling as a solution.
Audience: The targeted audience was anyone, they simply wanted to get people to come and see their movie. In reality, it struck with people who have a gambling issue – and stats showed the audience was particularly younger.
Genre: It is told in the form of story about a character, which ends in tragedy.
